Grooming
Most of the grooming styles on pure breed dogs are to the required breed standard, unless impractical and/or you prefer a modified pet style. The use of electrical clippers to remove and style the coat are often used but not all coat types are suitable for clipping. Cross breeds and ‘Heinz 57’s’ are bespoke and we will discuss with you how you wish your dog to be styled. We ensure all dogs are groomed with their welfare and lifestyle in mind.
A full grooming/pampering session includes:
- Full brush & comb out
- Minor matt removal
- Eye cleaning
- de-shed
- Hair trimmed, clipped and scissored to breed standard or in a style of your choice as appropriate
- Bath, shampoo & conditioner where appropriate
- Hand/fluff drying
- Ear cleaning/plucking where appropriate
- Pads and toes cleared
- Hygiene areas cleaned
